Tradewind are currently recruiting multiple Learning Support Assistants for a highly regarded Special Needs School in Ashford, offering the chance to support both primary and secondary-aged students.

• Support students with PMLD in both group and one-to-one settings

• Assist with learning activities and daily routines, including personal care such as toileting and feeding

• Work closely with teaching and support staff to implement individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom

• Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment

• Comfortable providing personal care, including toileting and feeding

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Legally able to work in the UK and willing to travel up to 1 hour for work

• Willingness to undergo all necessary background checks, including an Enhanced DBS (child workforce) - support provided
