As a Production & Assembly Operative, you’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for assembling and packing a variety of electronic products. You’ll work to high standards of accuracy and quality, ensuring customer requirements are met on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks to maximise productivity
• Work flexibly across different production lines (cells)
• Maintain tools, instructions, and workspaces to 6S standards
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Report any quality or safety concerns to your manager
• Collaborate with colleagues across Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Warehousing
• Follow defined processes and procedures precisely

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in production or warehousing within a manufacturing environment
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to assemble small components using hand tools
• Ability to follow instructions and technical diagrams
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team to meet production targets
• Physically fit and able to handle heavier parts using safe manual handling techniques
• Competent in reading and communicating in English
• Soldering experience is a plus
