• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on automated and semi-automated production machinery
• Diagnose faults across electrical and mechanical systems using schematics, PLC interfaces and diagnostic tools
• Support continuous improvement projects, equipment upgrades and refurbishment activities
• Ensure full compliance with BRC, 6S, and site health & safety standards
• Accurately document maintenance tasks and provide technical updates to engineering leadership
• Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), or equivalent. 
• Proven background in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong capability in one core discipline with working knowledge of the other
• Understanding of control systems, drives, actuators, sensors, automation and related technologies
• A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to working safely
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
