We're exclusively partnered with an ambitious, listed organisation in the East Midlands looking for a Financial Controller ready to take ownership and lead from the front.

This is more than your average controller role - day-to-day, giving you full responsibility for the month-end cycle, board pack, balance sheet integrity, compliance, and all things control.

You'll lead and develop a team of 5-6 (including 3 direct reports), champion best practice, and play a pivotal role as the business continues to scale.

What we're looking for:

• ACA qualified (ideally from a top-tier firm)
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a fast-moving environment
• Strong technical skills: balance sheet control, compliance, accounting standards
• A hands-on, pragmatic approach with a natural ability to lead and develop a team
• NetSuite experience is a bonus, but not essential
