Maintenance Technician - £16.50ph - London SW8

Temporary 4-8 weeks - Weekly pay - No CSCS needed - tools provided

Ritz Recruitment are currently seeking Temporary Maintenance Technician for a luxury apartment building in South West London.

The successful candidate will work with the team in all-round general maintenance/handyman work involved across the site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a hardworking and committed team and contribute to the smooth running of a prestigious property.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building.
Carry out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets, replacing washers, and fixing taps.
Fix leaks and report any immediate problems found.
Assist with re-decorating rooms and general carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
Unblock sinks and descale shower heads.
Move furniture and perform masticking as needed.
Paint and decorate where required.
Skills & Attributes:

Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a residential/domestic setting.
Experience in a trade i.e. plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
