Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with community standards and guidelines.
• Moderate content on the company platform to identify inappropriate or harmful material.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content quality and user engagement.
• Identify trends and potential issues within user-generated content to inform content strategies.
• Ensure timely review and turnaround of content to maintain platform integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and refine content moderation processes.
• Participate in training and workshops to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in content moderation or review within a digital media environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze content critically.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for enhancing user experiences.
