Job Description

 Manufacturing and distribution company located in Orange, NJ is looking for a highly organized, personable office professional. 

Daily administrative tasks include answering the phone, sorting and opening mail, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash posting, order entry, filing, maintaining spreadsheets, regulatory reporting, generally assisting the president of the company and more.  There is also some sales and customer service, so the ideal candidate must be personable as well as very organized.   It's a small office so be prepared to be a team player, work well with others and to be involved with all aspects of the business.

The administrative tasks are just the beginning of this job.  We're looking for an office manager.  Before long, you should have this office humming along in an organized and professional manner.

We are in the process of switching to a new computer system, so the ideal candidate should have experience using and understanding ERP computer systems, and should be in general, computer savvy.
