You just need to bring the attitude, desire and tenacity to make it happen.     REQUIREMENTS: Engineering Recruiter, Technical Recruitment Consultant, Technical Sales   So what do I need to succeed? 
· Either via education or work experience, you will have some exposure to a technical environment. This could come from a variety of disciplines, such as Project Engineer, Service Engineer or technical support or an NVQ, HND or ONC in a technical or engineering based subject.
· They key is that you have the potential to be credible in front of engineering and technical customers and candidates.
· A track record of achieving targets within a sales environment.
· The skill to overcome objections and be tenacious, but not pushy - that's what everyone else does!
· The ability to connect with people and build long standing, professional working relationships with key decision makers.
· A consultative approach to selling.
· A natural instinct to close!
· The ability to negotiate favourable terms ensuring a 'win-win' (our MD's favourite phrase).
