A well respected North East House Builder is seeking a Sales Advisor to join its Sales Team, operating within the North East region.

About the Role

The Sales Advisor will:

Manage the day-to-day sales function on a development site

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current homebuyers

Be responsible for securing new home sales

*

Oversee the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion

*

Work in line with company standards, procedures, and sales targets
