Part-Time SENCO (3 Days a Week) - Outstanding School - Hackney

Are you an experienced and passionate SENCO looking for a part-time role in an exceptional school setting?

We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable SENCO to join a high-achieving Multi-Academy Trust in Hackney, working 3 days per week. The Role:

* Lead and manage SEND provision across the school

* Support and guide teaching and support staff to ensure outstanding inclusive practice

* Oversee EHCP processes, referrals, and interventions

* Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies

* Contribute to the wider leadership of the school community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or equivalent

* Proven experience as a SENCO or in a leadership role within SEND

* A deep understanding of current legislation and best practice in SEND

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* A commitment to every child's success and wellbeing
