Day-to-day of the role: - Coordinate and manage daily cover arrangements for absent teaching staff.
- Ensure high-quality classroom cover is planned and delivered.
- Provide lesson or on-call cover when required.
- Maintain accurate data and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate effectively with staff, students, and external agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT, especially Excel.
- Able to analyse data and manage complex scheduling.
- Enjoys working with young people and thrives in a team environment.
