About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
Managing the classroom environment to ensure a safe and productive learning experience for students.
Supporting pupils in understanding lesson content and encouraging engagement and participation.
Following school policies around behaviour management, safeguarding, and assessment.
Liaising with teaching staff to feedback on student progress and classroom activity.
This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates considering a career in education, or experienced Cover Supervisors looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive environment.

Ideal Candidate:

Confident communicator and enthusiastic about working with secondary-aged students.

Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
