Payroll Specialist

We're looking for a confident and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage high-volume payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency. You'll play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent service.

If you have experience processing EMEA payroll, that's a strong advantage. If you don't-but you're eager to learn and expand into EMEA payroll, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your international payroll expertise. We value curiosity and development just as much as experience.

• Managing high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
• Reconciling payroll reports and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting audits and maintaining accurate payroll records
• Partnering with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations

• Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Solid knowledge of payroll systems and Excel
• EMEA payroll knowledge (desirable, not essential)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
