Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of RC frame and bridge construction within the project scope.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of formwork, concrete works, and structural elements.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure programme and quality objectives are met.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring productivity and high standards of workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety legislation, CDM regulations, and company procedures.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and risk assessments, ensuring works are delivered to specification.
• Chair progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering and structural concrete projects.
• Strong background in RC frame formwork and bridge construction.
• Excellent knowledge of formwork systems (e.g. PERI, Doka, RMD).
• Solid understanding of highways and infrastructure construction methods.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
