Job Description
We're looking for a proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school setting in the Kidderminster area. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting students with a variety of additional needs across different age groups, who thrives in a flexible and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored support for pupils with a range of special educational needs

Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and learning routines

*

Work one-to-one and in small groups to build pupils' confidence and engagement

*

Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure consistent support

*

Adapt strategies to suit individual needs and learning styles

Required Experience

*

Experience supporting students with SEN across multiple age groups

*

A proactive, adaptable approach to addressing additional needs in the classroom

*

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

*

Confidence in working independently and as part of a team
