BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join a team working within a luxury retirement living service based in the Yateley area.

This retirement living village is a stunning state of the art service providing a high quality experience for residents and visitors and we are looking for someone with a passion to deliver and excellent dining experience.

There is a fantastic opportunity with this role with a view to progress and train to step into a Head Chef promotion!

Main duties will include but are not limited too;

· Communicate and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation.

· Minimise wastage during food preparation and delivery.

· Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures.

· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in kitchen and food preparation areas.

· Safely operate kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.

· Complete all necessary company documentation and tasks diligently

Excellent social working hours between 07.30am - 6pm and alternate weekends off!
