Location: Headley, Surrey
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 basic, OTE £60,000
We're looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join a successful new homes development in Surrey. You'll be working alongside an experienced Sales Advisor in a collaborative, supportive environment where the focus is on delivering an exceptional customer journey.
The Role
Guide customers through the full buying process, from first enquiry to completion.
Conduct professional, engaging viewings and build strong customer relationships.
Work closely with your colleague to achieve sales targets while maintaining a premium, customer-first approach.
Represent the development with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.
About You
We're seeking someone who is:
Experienced in new homes or property sales.
