Financial Adviser Administrator
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester (Office-Based)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (DOE) Bonus & Benefits

NJR Recruitment is working on behalf of a highly regarded and long-standing wealth management firm based in Bolton, now looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to support their growing advisory team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused administrator with a strong understanding of the financial advice process who is looking to join a close-knit and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to advisers across all aspects of client servicing
- Liaise with clients to handle queries, book reviews, and maintain high service standards
- Submit and track new business applications and fund switches
- Prepare client files, portfolio valuations, and review packs
- Generate quotations and illustrations using provider portals and internal systems
- Liaise with third-party product providers and ensure all data and documentation is complete and compliant
- Maintain accurate client records and support regulatory requirements
- Attend regular internal team meetings and contribute to process improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management support role
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems or similar platforms (SJP experience desirable)
- Strong communication skills – both client-facing and internal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive, flexible attitude and a team-focused approach
