🔹 About the Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small but ambitious domiciliary care service, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. Working within a tight-knit team, your focus will be on building care hours from the ground up, developing sustainable growth strategies, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operational delivery of high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

Lead on CQC inspections and maintain full regulatory compliance.
*
Recruit, mentor, and develop a small, dedicated care team.
*
Build and manage care packages, effectively increasing care hours and client base.
*
Ensure person-centred care planning and risk assessments are in place and regularly reviewed.
*
Maintain excellent relationships with service users, families, staff, and external partners.
*
Manage rotas, assessments, audits, and all daily operational tasks.
🔹 Essential Experience & Skills:
*
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role in domiciliary care.
*
Startup experience - comfortable with setting up new services and building operations from scratch.
*
A strong track record of growing care hours and managing change.
*
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and experience leading successful inspections.
*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
*
Must be a car owner and driver - essential for community-based work.
