Your Role:
✔️ Support the class teacher in delivering fun and engaging activities
✔️ Work 1:1 or with small groups to help children thrive
✔️ Encourage social, emotional, and personal development
✔️ Help with classroom prep and keep learning spaces well-organised
✔️ Track and celebrate progress so every child feels seen and supported

What You Need:
Experience in an Early Years setting
Solid understanding of the EYFS framework
Great communication skills and a nurturing approach
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early education
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to apply
