Overview

Are you a driven leader with experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or decarbonisation projects?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our senior leadership team, driving growth and delivery across the Wales region.

This is a key strategic role overseeing business development, project delivery, and operational performance — ensuring sustainable growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all commercial and operational activities for the Wales region, achieving order, sales, margin, and cash targets.

*

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector clients.

*

Manage full project lifecycles — from design and tender through construction, commissioning, and maintenance.

*

Oversee financial performance, budgets, and risk management across multiple concurrent projects.

*

Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellence in safety, quality, and client outcomes.

*

Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, supply chain partners, and regional stakeholders.

*

Drive innovation and continuous improvement through smart energy modelling, off-site manufacturing, and digital solutions.

About You

Proven background in the energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors at senior management level.

*

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, contracts, and major projects.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

*

Strategic mindset with the ability to drive regional growth and innovation.

*

A collaborative leader who inspires teams and champions safety, equality, and performance.

Desirable

*

Experience in renewable energy, district heating, or decarbonisation.

*

Chartered engineer or equivalent professional qualification.

*

Understanding of Net Zero strategy and UK energy transition.
