Learning & Development Manager
Job Description

Design and deliver impactful internal learning programmes with a strong focus on leadership development and capability building.
Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning processes, ensuring future leaders are identified and nurtured.
Partner with HR and business leaders to align development activities to PDR outcomes, operational needs, and growth priorities.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, introducing new delivery methods including digital/blended learning.
Build and maintain a learning culture by managing development resources, approved suppliers, and group-wide L&D frameworks.Learning & Development Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience designing and facilitating leadership workshops at Team Leader or Manager level.
Background in manufacturing or engineering environments
Experience leading Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence and presence in delivery.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and travel to other UK sites when required.
