Precedo Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers to support adults in Supported Tenancy services in Bury.

You will be supporting individuals with physical disabilities, mobility needs (including wheelchair users), elements of personal care, and occasional behaviours that may challenge. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help people live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
• Support mobility needs and wheelchair users
• Respond appropriately to behaviours that may challenge
• Administer medication in line with care plans if applicable
• Promote independence and community involvement

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ UK Support Worker experience (within last 3 years)
• Experience supporting physical disabilities and challenging behaviour
• Reliable, calm and professional approach
