Supply Chain ManagerLocation: Longfield | Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 | Hybrid WorkingWe are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our growing manufacturing organisation in Longfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and optimise supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across procurement, production, and distribution.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning
• Lead and develop the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure reliability and quality of supply
• Collaborate with production, planning, and sales teams to meet business objectives
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or a similar industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with international supply chains is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
