Regional Sales Director

AVer Information, Inc. is seeking a bright, passionate and responsible sales person for our Regional Sales Director position. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales and Sales Operations, this role will be an integral part of AVer’s National Sales Team. This position requires the effective leadership and successful management of a Sales Team and an assigned territory to develop, build and maintain successful partnerships and relationships, achieve revenue goals and deliver exceptional customer service to our Channel Partners and customers.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for sales revenue goal achievement in region

· Responsible for managing the Region Sales Team in your territory

· Respond to all sales correspondence, telephone calls and email inquiries including: pricing, requests for quotes and Reseller show or event support

· Calling on and selling AVer solutions and products to end user customers

· Manage existing Authorized Resellers in assigned territory and recruit and train new Resellers Partners as needed in assigned territory

· Manage Reseller Channel online website merchandising presence for AVer products

· Assist with tracking and qualifying leads via phone, emails and trade shows

· Attend trade shows and give onsite presentations / demonstrations

· Develop new business customers in assigned territory

· Managing and maintaining existing accounts and growing new customer base

· Responsible for weekly and monthly reports as well as forecasting

· Plan and conduct product trainings to Reseller Partners and make joint sales calls with Reseller Partners

· Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations to end user customers

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

· Minimum of 3 years of Sales Management experience

· Minimum of 5 years of sales experience

· Channel Management knowledge a plus

· Excellent Customer Satisfaction Skills

· Experience in business development, negotiation, and closing business a plus

· Computer proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

· Detail oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through

· Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task

· Must be self-motivated, quick learner, enthusiastic, professional, and have a positive attitude

· Enthusiasm for improving way people present and communicate

· Knowledge of selling to K-12, Higher Education, SMB, Reseller Channels a plus

· Ability to travel 60% +
