Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000

The role of Installation Manager - Fit Out & FF&E will involve:

* Installation Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of furniture, fixtures and equipment

* Management of all subcontractors and site operatives

* Ensure that H&S procedures are adhere to by all site staff

* Oversee the distribution of materials to enable installation team to work efficiently

* Manage and arrange labour and resource required to complete works

* Produce weekly reports for Contracts Managers and Directors

* Attend site meetings as required with Main Contractors

* Ensure that projects are completed within budget and deadlines

* Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers

* Working on projects ranging in value up to £5m

The ideal applicant will be an Installation Manager - Fit Out & FF&E with

* Must have Installation Management, Project Management, Site Management or Contracts Management experience within the fitout, furniture or joinery market sectors

* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs

* Must have CSCS Gold/Black card

* Ideally will have SMSTS & FAAW

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Full UK driving license
