New Home Sales Executive

Location: Poole
Salary: Competitive basic + commission
Hours: Full-time, including weekends (with days off during the week)
Contract: 3 Months Temp Contract

Are you a confident, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for property? We're looking for a New Home Sales Executive to join a leading property developer and play a key role in helping buyers find their perfect home.

The Role:

Welcome and guide potential buyers through the sales journey

Promote the benefits and features of available new-build homes

Achieve sales targets and follow up on leads promptly

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to progress sales

Maintain show homes and marketing suites to a high standard

About You:

Proven sales experience (property, retail, or similar)

Confident, personable, and target-driven

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Well-presented and professional

Available to work weekends with time off during the week

Experience in new home sales is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong sales background.
