Zenith People are working with our client who are recruiting for an Electrical Biased Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis.

Shift pattern (Contientals) - working hours are 6:30am to 18:30pm or 18:30pm to 6:30am, working a 7-day shift pattern. The shift rotation pattern is based on a pattern of 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 nights on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off. The pattern provides for every other weekend off and runs over a 4 week cycle with an average of 42 hours worked per week.

Responsibilities:

* React quickly to breakdowns on site

* Resolve any technical issues with plant machinery

* Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance

* Comply with quality standards and Health and Safety regulations

* Fault find on various types of machinery, including PLC's

* Work under minimal supervision

* Prioritise work load to ensure the smooth running of the production line.

Person specification:

* Must be time served with a electrical bias

* Excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills are essential

* Good communication and team playing skills are necessary

* Must be able to work alone as well as within a team.
