Credit Control Administrator | Paddock Wood, Kent (onsite) | 6-month Temp | £12.71 per hour
 
My client, a leader within their industry, are currently looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join them for a 6-month temporary assignment.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone with some credit control experience, or excellent data entry to skills to join a fast-paced and well supported environment.
 
Responsibilities

Accurately input and maintain customer accounts, invoices, and payment data in Excel and internal systems
Reconcile spreadsheets and ensure financial records are up to date and error-free
Monitor outstanding balances and update aged debtor reports
Allocate payments and investigate discrepancies in account records
Generate regular reports using Excel (e.g., formulas like VLOOKUP, SUM, IF)
Provide administrative support to the credit control team, ensuring data accuracy and compliance 
Skills

Good Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data entry, sorting/filtering, basic analysis)
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
Good numerical and analytical skills
Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
Basic understanding of accounts receivable / credit control processes

£12.71 per hour + holiday pay
