As our Year 3/4 Teacher and Maths Lead, you will:

Teach a mixed Year 3/4 class, creating an engaging, inclusive, and purposeful learning environment

*

Lead Maths across the school, raising attainment and promoting a love for mathematical learning

*

Work closely with SLT and colleagues to embed best practices in teaching and learning

*

Support and mentor staff in delivering high-quality maths teaching

*

Use data and assessment effectively to identify areas for development and drive progress

*

Model excellent teaching practice and be a champion for high standards across the curriculum

We're Looking For:

*

A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in primary education

*

A confident classroom practitioner with excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum

*

A strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching Maths

*

Someone who leads by example and inspires others through their practice

*

A warm, team-oriented colleague with a positive and proactive mindset

*

A commitment to inclusive education and helping all pupils thrive
