RSD Recruitment is expanding and we are looking for a professional & driven individual to generate new business in new markets. You will be responsible for 360 degrees of the process - business development and candidate sourcing. Working closely with your Managing Director/Divisional Business Manager, you will strategise a business plan with scope to attack a new market, in turn driving revenue and maximising profits.
What we're looking for:
You'll have a passion for sales and developing excellent relationships with clients. You'll have the ambition and confidence to take a relatively new operation up a notch, whilst being motivated to learn and to further develop your skills. Enthusiasm, resilience and excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to inspire and persuade others. You'll have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
