JOB TYPE: Temporary

SALARY: £9 - £10/hour

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of our client based in Sheffield. The hours will be full-time Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £9-10 per hour DOE.

Main duties include:

* Ensuring all invoices are posted accurately and promptly

* Resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoicing

* Ensuring all credits and invoices are received from supplier in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous purchase ledger experience

* Previous experience of working with ERP Systems

* Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Able to work effectively within a team environment
