Salary: Circa £68,000 + bonus & excellent benefits

Copello are currently working with a global defence company who are looking for a Radar Hardware Integration Authority. You'll work hands-on with complex radar hardware, leading integration efforts and ensuring system excellence for platforms like the UK's flagship aircraft carrier.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Leading radar systems test, integration and fault diagnostics

* Supporting the Radar Design Authority as a trusted Integration expert

* Applying Systems Engineering (ISO 15288) across the full lifecycle

* Collaborating across electronics, software, and mechanical teams

* Driving innovation and solving real-world defence challenges

What You'll Bring:

* Strong background in digital/electronic hardware engineering

* Experience with systems integration and radar equipment

* Hands-on capability in diagnostics, test and fault finding

* Knowledge of VHDL, digital circuit design and safety assurance
