Team Manager - Duty and Assessment Team

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational management and supervision of social workers.
Oversee duty and assessment workflows, ensuring timely and proportionate responses.
Quality assure assessments, decision-making, and care planning.
Support staff development through reflective supervision and performance management.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.
Assist the Service Manager with service improvement and performance targets.Requirements as a Social Worker include:

SWE Registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Drive and have access to a car
Post-qualified experience
