Working Hours 

Various shifts are available.

42 hours guaranteed, with overtime paid after 42 hours

About the RoleAs a Class 1 HGV Driver at Whistl, you will:

Operate and maintain Class 1 HGV vehicles safely and efficiently.
Ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods to designated locations.
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service,
Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A valid Class 1 HGV license.
CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
Digital tachograph card.
Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Ability to handle physical demands,
Good communication skills to quickly understand instructions and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers
Exceptional time management and organisational Skills
