Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £9.50/hour

The Recruitment Co are recruiting a Full Time Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Brechin.

Pay rate: £9.50 per hour paid weekly
Location: Brechin
Contract: Temporary until Christmas 2022 - may be extended for the right candidate
Shifts: Monday-Thursday 08.00-16.45, Friday 08.00-12.00


Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent service is provided at all times
Answering incoming calls and emails
Assisting with queries and complaints
Processing and tracking orders
Ensuring internal databases and accounts are accurate and maintained to a high standard
Administrative tasks including data input and filing
What we are looking for:

High quality verbal and written communication skills
Proven customer service experience
Excellent telephone manner
The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
IT experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
