Telesales Executive - Bury St Edmunds - £27-30k (DOE)

We are currently seeking a Telesales Executive on behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, who are a small family run business. This role is perfect for someone not afraid to pick up the phone to work in a friendly and positive environment!

Salary: £27-30k (DOE)

Hours: 09:00am-17:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to pre-vetted prospect customers to introduce the companies products.
Follow up on successful calls with product samples to clients.
Think creatively about new potential customer opportunities, vetting them directly.
Providing sales quotations to customers and handling incoming client calls.
General Ad hoc administration requirements.What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a Telesales position.
Great customer Service skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Computer savvy and able to adapt to different software packages.
