We are partnering with a well-established organisation in Cardiff to recruit a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Board and act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, making it perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking and enjoys working in a people-focused environment.

The Role

As the first point of contact for the business, you'll be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all visitors, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Directors to coordinate schedules, prepare for meetings, and handle confidential tasks with discretion.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling enquiries promptly and professionally.

*

Coordinating diaries and arranging appointments, travel, and accommodation for senior management.

*

Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring all facilities are ready for guests and project presentations.

*

Managing correspondence, reports, and documentation to support the Board and other departments.

*

Overseeing office supplies, post handling, and general administrative processes.

*

Assisting with internal communications, recruitment administration, and occasional sales team support.

*

Maintaining accurate records and following security and health & safety procedures.

About You

We're looking for a confident, adaptable, and approachable individual with a proven background in business support or administration. You will have exceptional organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and the professionalism to deal with senior stakeholders.

Essential skills and experience:

Strong administrative and organisational background, ideally supporting senior leadership.

*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a range of audiences.

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience beneficial.

*

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.

*

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English, Grade C/4 or above).
