Our Equinox Communications agent program is second to none. Through our Equinox Assist Program, we do not have an initial MRC or quota that has to be met for our agents or LAH. We provide 5-10x advanced commissions on the majority of our MRR sales made in our portfolio (HPBX, Broadband, MSP, Security, SD-WAN, SaaS, etc.) Our agents take advantage of high residual compensations with a 30,40,50%+ margin. Our structure is very different than the industry standard master agent payout of an 85/15 split on 10-25% residual payouts and 85-100% on 1x spiffs.

An agent with Blue Equinox will conduct daily IT assessments, recommendations, and proposals while cultivating and maintaining customer relationships. They enhance growth by executing solutions while working with our internal team to complete the sales cycle.

Experience:

• 3-5+ years of successful IT sales

• *Experience selling the following: IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS, Security, UCaaS, Hosted Voip, PBX, Managed Services
