Key Responsibilities:

Promote independent living skills by assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, household tasks, and budgeting.

Support service users in attending health appointments and accessing community and social activities.

Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment.

Maintain accurate records and complete service user logs, providing clear communication during handovers.
