Role Overview:

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, support student progress and contribute to the wider school environment. This is a great opportunity for ECTs and experienced teachers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Assess progress and provide effective feedback
Adapt lessons to support a range of learning needs
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Participate in department meetings and school eventsWhat we're looking for:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending ECT
Strong behaviour management skills
Passionate about improving pupil outcomes
