Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + commission (OTE £35,000-£40,000 in Year 1)

Your Day-to-Day:

Identify, interview and support teaching and support staff for local school placements

Write detailed profiles to present candidates to schools in the best possible light

Build relationships with both educators and school leaders

Work towards achievable weekly targets with the backing of a great team

Collaborate with colleagues to match the right people to the right roles

Get hands-on training in business development, time management, and client care
