An engaging sociable 7-year-old boy who wants to be involved in every aspect of his family life is seeking Support Workers within his family home.  Martin has cerebral palsy and needs support with walking or has the use of a wheelchair, but he loves to chat and takes an interest in the news and what is happening in the world

With a love of music Martin is just learning the keyboard, but he also loves to bake, play board games, doing crafts, playing on his ipad and watching films.  He is at his happiest being involved in family life.

Martin has a brilliant sense of humour and loves company, so this is a fulfilling role where Support Workers will also be required to support his therapy programme; physio, OT and SALT programmes with the training and direction of his treating teamas well as support with his homework.  He does struggle with change, so an emphatic approach is also required with the willingness to join in on all his activities.
