Senior Associate – Real Estate | London  We are currently instructed by a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Associate to join their real estate team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to take on a key role within a dynamic and growing team, while contributing to the success of the firm's business strategy. Role OverviewAs a Senior Associate within the real estate department, you will be tasked with driving the growth and development of the team, all while maintaining a high level of client service.You will play an important role in supporting the Head of Real Estate in achieving the business objectives for the team. This is a great opportunity to shape the direction of the team and develop your expertise in a forward-thinking, client-focused environment.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:
  • 7+ years PQE with a strong background in transactional commercial property matters.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex matters efficiently, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • A proactive approach to business development, with a demonstrated ability to win new business and support broader business development initiatives.
  • Experience in leading a small team and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • An ability to contribute to the development of business plans and effectively implement new business strategies.
