Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in children's lives? Join a dedicated team of educators across Surrey and help support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience working in an SEN setting
✔ A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
✔ Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
✔ Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
✔ Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, both in and outside the classroom

Assisting with personal care and tailored learning activities

Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement EHCPs

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Promoting independence and social development
