The Company

They are a rapidly expanding ecommerce organisation with a strong international footprint and a mission centred on sustainability, customer value, and operational excellence. With a blend of marketplace sales and a thriving direct-to-consumer offering, they are focused on improving supply, fulfilment, and customer experience through data.

The Role

Your Skills and Experience

You will bring:* Strong commercial experience in supply chain, operations, inventory, or marketing analytics within a fast-paced environment.* Hands-on technical capability across SQL, Python, and modern BI or visualisation tools.* Confidence designing and analysing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.* Experience mentoring or guiding analysts on project delivery.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for senior, non-technical audiences.* A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and willingness to work flexibly across strategy, analysis, and execution.* A customer-first mindset and comfort operating in an environment with ongoing change and evolving processes.

What They Offer

* Salary up to £85,000 plus benefits.* Hybrid working with two days per week in their London office.* The chance to influence how a growing, international consumer business scales its supply and demand functions.* Clear pathways to broaden your remit across analytics, operations, or commercial strategy.* A collaborative culture that encourages experimentation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
