Assembly Operative

Full-time | | Maldon | Temporary to Permanent

We're recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a friendly, hands-on team where you'll help keep production running smoothly.

Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 16:30pm Free on-site parking

You'll work as part of the production and assembly team, carrying out tasks such as:

• Assembling components using hand and basic power tools
• Delivering materials to production areas and supporting general logistics
• Helping production teams with simple, repetitive assembly work
• Checking parts for quality
• Making sure surfaces are protected, clean, and not damaged
• Keeping your work area tidy, safe, and well maintained

What You'll Bring

• Comfortable using simple tools (e.g. screwdrivers, drills, basic power tools)
• Good attention to detail and willingness to follow quality guidelines
