Quality Systems Technologist

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our technical and quality systems team. This role involves managing product and supplier information, supporting audits, and helping ensure our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Check supplier documents and material specifications to ensure they match the actual product supplied
Update internal systems during new product launches
Keep technical and development data accurate and up to date, sharing it with relevant teams
Complete internal and customer reports, including KPI tracking
Maintain an organized library of customer requirements, supplier details, and product specifications
Manage the approved supplier list and review specifications regularly or when changes occur
Assist during customer and third-party audits, including traceability exercises
Help with internal audits as scheduled
Carry out horizon scanning to identify risks and support VACCP activities
Handle supplier issues when materials don't meet agreed standards
Provide support to the Quality Systems team when needed
Promote and support a strong food safety culture on site
Follow all company policies and procedures related to the site and your role
