Technical Operations Manager - Oxford

Location: Oxford | Salary: £60,000-£65,000

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single-site facility in Oxford. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of engineers and ensuring all engineering and maintenance tasks are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a small engineering team, providing leadership, guidance, and support

* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services

* Carry out engineering tasks as required, maintaining a hands-on approach

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements

* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, including PPMs

* Liaise with stakeholders and contractors as required

Requirements:

* Technically qualified (electrical, mechanical, or M&E preferred)

* Proven experience managing a small team within a technical/engineering environment

* Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance, and compliance standards

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary: £60,000-£65,000
