ARE YOU LOOKING FOR CLASS 2 DRIVING ROLE IN WATFORD AND RADLETT?

Our client which has sites based in Watford and Radlett, is looking to strengthen its busy delivery team. They are looking for Class 2 drivers to help assist the operational needs of the business delivering kitchen & bathrooms supplies or flooring. Assessment & Training will be provided for the successful candidate. Minimum HGV driving experience 1 year.

Main duties for the HGV Class 2 Driver will include:

• Single manned deliveries of the products to clients and customers
• Managing the delivery process from site to customer, including paperwork signed off from deliveries and scanners
• Ensuring your load is safe and secure, with vehicle checks completed
• Positive manner as delivering to clients and customers
• Products delivered could be: Safety flooring, vinyl, luxury vinyl tiles, adhesives, screeds, stair nosing, carpet tiles, underlays, entrance matting, laminate and a vast range of accessories. On the other site could be kitchen & bathroom supplies
• On quiet days could be Driver's mate work
• Deliveries in London or outside of London
• Heavy lifting could be involved with the help of a pump truck

Shifts for the HGV Class 2 Driver:

• Start times from 06:00am Monday to Friday 

Hourly pay rates for the HGV Class 2 Driver:

• Monday to Friday shift is £17.00 per hour 
• Overtime after 8 hours at £25.50
• Minimum of 8 hours paid guaranteed per day
